Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late it may be necessary to shorten your treatment so that the next client is able to be seen at her/his allocated time. All times quoted include consultation, preparation time, treatment and vacation of the room.
If you are unable to attend for your treatment please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice as we can then give your appointment to another client. Cancellations under this time will incur a 50% charge. However, if we are able to fill your appointment time you will not be charged. Appointments over 2 hours require 48 hours notice of cancellation.
We are unable to offer treatments to people under 18 years of age without parental/carer consent.
We take credit or debit card payments to secure bookings of one hour or more or for treatments over £25.00.
All treatments marked * require a test patch which must be done 24 – 72 hours before your treatment. Please telephone our reception on 0115 922 0304 for details of the requirements for individual treatments and to schedule your test.
Children are not able to enter the treatment rooms. They may sit quietly in reception where they remain your responsibility.
For the comfort of those clients having relaxing treatments please have mobile telephones switched to their silent mode.
Parking for up to 3 hours is free of charge in the shoppers car park next to Sainsbury’s.
